Having over 40 years of experience, Sarah's passion for the beauty industry shows in her work. Her entire focus has been doing natural hair color, especially when it comes to grey coverage and grey blending. Of course, working in Santa Barbara great blonding is a must!

Sarah is an American Board Certified Haircolorist, a distinction that fewer than 3,000 colorists in the world have.

In her long career as a colorist, she has taught with many manufacturers like Redken (she is a Redken Certified Colorist), Framesi, Colorly, Tressa and KMS. She still continues to lead Salon Patine's color education department, actively mentoring professionals in the cosmetology community.

She also enjoys doing custom permanent waving services. She has extensive knowledge in a variety of perming techniques. Such as, Rod-to-Roller Transfer perms, Spiral perms, Piggyback perms and Reverse perms.
